- Research from Freed found 57% of clinicians spend more than 11 hours per week on administrative work, and 48% hear complaints from their families about after-hours work.
- A LexisNexis Risk Solutions report found 49% of patients who don’t use portals aren’t confident their heath data is secure, compared to only 11% of portal users. Additionally, 36% of non-portal users would prefer to talk to a human.
