- Small health systems are still missing 3% to 5% of expected net revenue in the wake of February’s Change Healthcare hack, according to the latest quarterly report from Strata Decision Technology.

- The latest studies from Carta Healthcare found 70% of clinical data abstractors discover errors resulting from manual abstraction, while roughly 75% of patients know how to access or request a copy of their health records.

- Population health vendor ZeOmega has integrated Wolters Kluwer UptoDate member education tools into its Jiva platform. Additionally, Wolters Kluwer Health launched two products for retail pharmacies: UpToDate Digital Medication Education and UpToDate Consumer Education,
- O.C. Tanner is now integrated with CipherHealth, allowing clinical users to provide employee recognition directly within the CipherRounds patient rounding platform.
- Prior authorization automation vendor Valer is partnering with Clearwave, a patient intake platform.

- Press Ganey expanded its PX Connect Suite to let healthcare organizations capture and act on patient sentiment and feedback within Epic; for example, patients can fill out surveys from MyChart.
- Authenticx released new AI models that review customer interactions and detect various reportable safety events.
- Enterprise telehealth vendor Caregility added risk detection capabilities to iObserver.
- Peer-to-peer consult platform Healthcasts updated ConsensusMD, its research tool, to help healthcare professionals find relevant treatments and consults.
- Analytics vendor Trilliant Health released a free version of its Provider Directory application.

- Illinois-based Northwestern Medicine deployed DAX Copilot from Nuance within Epic.
- UChicago Medicine chose Loyal for its physician directory listings services.
- Georgia-based Douglas County Family Practice and Maryland-based MedPeds implemented the AI scribe Sunoh.ai.
- New York City area Nuvance Health expanded use of Neuroglee Connect for mild cognitive impairment from neurology to primary care.
- Australia’s Alfred Health chose Oracle Oncology EHR.

- Data management company Harmony Healthcare IT has expanded into Canada.
