- Wolters Kluwer Health UpToDate integrated with Microsoft Dragon Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Microsoft Teams. In addition, real-world evidence company Atropos Health announced a collaboration with Microsoft Dragon Copilot at Stanford Medicine. Finally, Microsoft updated Microsoft Dragon Copilot with apps and agents available through Microsoft Marketplace (among other things).
- Epic announced that more than 85% of its customers use Epic AI; the company also announced forthcoming AI capabilities such as conversational AI for clinicians, an AI agent factory, and differential diagnosis support.
- Two-thirds of healthcare organizations suffered a material cyberattack in the past 12 months, according to Cohesity. Among those organizations, 92% lost revenue and 59% lost customers.

- Ambient monitoring technology from Cherish is integrated with Aileen, an AI-based senior companion.
- Real-time location systems (RTLS) vendor CenTrak debuted four new products supported by Bluetooth Low Energy.
- Certilytics announced the Certilytics Health Language Model for predictive analytics.
- RTLS vendor Cognosos announced encounter-sensing tags designed to automate the capture of staff-to-patient interactions.
- ControlUp announced Tap-to-App to improve the log-in experience for clinicians moving across shared workstations.
- DrFirst released the next version of RxInform, its real-time prescription engagement platform.
- eClinicalWorks debuted the AI API Workbench, which helps small and mid‑size practices customize autonomous AI agents within eCW EHR workflows.
- FDB previewed two medication workflow automation products: FDB Script Agent (for ambulatory settings) and FDB VerifyAssist (for inpatient pharmacy orders).
- FUJIFILM showcased two radiology workflow tools: Synapse AI Orchestrator and Synapse Worklist Orchestrator.
- Greenway Health launched Novare by Greenway Health, a clinical and RCM platform powered by agentic AI and built specifically for ambulatory care.
- Ambient AI scribe Heidi announced a partnership with R1, an RCM vendor, to link care delivery and reimbursement processes for providers.
- Innovaccer launched Flow Capture, an autonomous medical coding solution.
- MediQuant expanded capabilities across its enterprise archiving platform with clinical summaries and embedded DICOM viewing.
- ModMed updated ModMed Scribe, its AI assistant, to include note reconciliation and iPhone support.
- PointClickCare launched Discharge Intel to give health plans clinical intelligence within 24 hours of hospital discharge. In addition, document exchange vendor Documo announced its availability on PointClickCare’s Marketplace.
- RingCentral announced RingCentral AIR Pro for Healthcare, an AI agent platform for automating high-volume administrative workflows across voice, SMS, video, and messaging.
- Talkdesk expanded Talkdesk CXA, its customer experience automation platform, to cover specialty and team-based scheduling in healthcare. In addition, Talkdesk announced the new CXA Operations Center and enhanced Talkdesk Interaction and Quality Analytics solutions.
- Zebra Technologies introduced Orchestrated Care, a framework for healthcare operations workflow automation.
Implementations
- Louisiana-based Ochsner Health implemented CLEAR1, CLEAR’s secure identity platform. In addition, CMS released Medicare.gov Enhanced Login options, which includes the option to use CLEAR to create a new account or verify their identity.
- Delta Dental implemented Singulr AI’s Agent Pulse, which monitors the behavior of AI agents.
- New York-based Northwell Health implemented XiFin Empower AI, the company’s RCM ecosystem.
