- Senior care tech vendor ONSCREEN unveiled Joy, an Android and iPad app-based version of its AI companion.

- The Coalition for Health AI (CHAI) posted to GitHub its Applied Model Card, or “nutrition label for AI,” which was previously released in October.
- HCPro launched its Provider Education Microlearning Series, which offers training on clinical documentation integrity, coding, and RCM.
- Wolters Kluwer Health updated Lippincott Nursing Education‘s Ready for NCLEX®-RN module to include personalized improvement plans.
- Healthcare management vendor Zyter|TruCare releasd TruCare 24.2, which is now integrated with Healthwise.

- The State of Connecticut Health Plan selected Upswing Health for virtual musculoskeletal care and reported 56% savings in per member per month costs.
- Specialty EHR and practice management vendor ModMed received ASTP certification for its Predictive Decision Support Intervention criterion.
- Brightside Health received accreditation from The Joint Commission for Behavioral Health Care and Human Services.
- Inovalon completed its three-year transition to cloud-based software and data services, along with divesting its legacy services and intervention operations. Additionally, New England Life Care selected Inovalon ScriptMed Infusion pharmacy management software.
- HealthConnect CoPilot introduced integrations with Availity and pVerify to support patient eligibility verification workflows. Meanwhile, Availity is partnering with Concert to automate prior authorization and payment processes for genetic testing.
- Goldman Sachs and Everstone Capital agreed to sell a co-control stake in Omega Healthcare, an RCM vendor, to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.

- Healthcare product engineering firm Avizva appointed James Vertino as Chief Executive Officer.
- Healthcare workforce management technology company Hallmark appointed Michelle Lichte as Chief Client Success Officer and promoted Brandon Chamberland to Chief Strategy and Partnerships Officer.
- Healthcare AI vendor Qure.ai appointed Jim Mercadante as Chief Commercial Officer.
- Eko Health appointed appointment of Justin Spencer as Chief Financial Officer; the company makes AI tools to detect heart and lung diseases.
