- Operations software vendor symplr completed its integration of IntelliCentrics, a vendor and medical credentialing product symplr acquired in 2024.
- Data management vendor Verisma acquired Olah, maker of enterprise archiving solutions that integrate with EHRs.
- Clinical collaboration platform TigerConnect acquired Twiage, which supports communication between EMS and hospital emergency departments.
- Data analytics vendor Merative received a strategic investment from Morgan Health.
