- Given the recent government shutdown, ASTP/ONC is exercising enforcement discretion on certification of Health IT Modules under the HTI-1 Final Rule. Updates to 14 specific modules previously due by January 1, 2026 are now due on February 28.
- Oracle Health Information Network was named a QHIN, making it No. 11 of the designated QHINs.

- TeleTracking Technologies launched Decision IQ, an AI-driven patient flow product, and announced the University of Louisville Health as a lighthouse customer.
- Wolters Kluwer Health is expanding UpToDate Expert AI, its decision support tool, by integrating UpToDate Lexidrug, its drug reference tool.

- Northwell Health selected K Health as the technology partner for its virtual care platform, Northwell Primary Care Now.
