- Payment accuracy vendor Lyric acquired Concert, maker of technology for translating machine-readable payment policies.
- Patient access company SpinSci acquired Dialog Health, a patient communication platform.
- Urgent care technology platform Experity acquired Exdion Healthcare, which specializes in coding, billing, compliance, and RCM.
- MitoSense and Aquila Health entered a strategic partnership to build AI-ready data infrastructure for mitochondrial medicine.
- Sleep apnea device maker ResMed sold its software business, known as MatrixCare, to private equity firm Frazier Healthcare.
